1.    PLEASE pass out the enclosed order forms to your parents BEFORE picture day so they can decide what picture package(s) and special frames and specialty pictures they want to order. All pictures must be paid for on picture day. Your league does not provide any pictures.

2.   Please bring soccer balls to be used in the pictures. 

3.  Have your players show up BEFORE your scheduled picture time so you can assemble and be ready when it is your time. We cannot wait for late arrivers.

4.  Have each player hold his or her own PICTURE ORDER FORM along with payment so there is no confusion on who is ordering what. Make sure the team name and division is written at the top of the form along with the players name. This information is important so we can match up the orders to your team.

5.   Please put ALL monies in the smaller team payment envelope filling out total on the front of the small envelope.
