The purpose of the All-Star program is to recognize exceptional players and to provide an atmosphere where they can be exposed to competitive play with other regions.
Teams are usually formed based on recommendations by regular season coaches, and game observations made by All-star coaches. All-Star play is highly competitive.
All Players must be registered (AYSO Region 28) in order to be eligible to participate in the All-Star Team
